BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
The safety and well-being of you, our valued customers is always our top priority here at Woven. We've been busy over the past few weeks ensuring our store is ready and prepared for the 'new normal'. As one of our key changes, our booking system is designed to enable us to offer the same great level of service, whilst actively managing the number of people who are in our premises at any one time.
We are encouraging customers to book an appointment with us, it only takes a few clicks and will help to minimise any the queues. Appointments now available from 15th June onwards, for any of the following:

Please note, if you don't book an appointment in advance, you may be requried to wait outside our store until it is safe to allow you inside due to social distancing.
HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
STEP 1 - VISIT OUR APPOINTMENT PAGE
We have a dedicated booking page provided by our booking system, Sesami. We've also included these instructions on our appointment page.Visit Appointment Page
STEP 2 - CLICK 'SELECT TIME'
You may notice the 'Add To Basket' button is initially unavailable. You must select an appointment date & time before continuing with your appointment. Simply click the 'Select Time' button to open up the booking calendar and view the available slots.
STEP 3 - CHOOSE A DATE & TIME
In the calendar view, you can navigate between weeks using the arrow buttons or select the calendar icon to navigate to a specific date.
All of the grey slots shown are currently available to book, select one which is convenient for you and click 'confirm'.
STEP 4 - ADD TO BASKET
Once you have selected an appointment, this will be shown in the box above the 'Add To Basket' button. Please confirm this is correct before adding it to your basket. If you need to edit the time, then please click on it to return to the calendar view.
STEP 5 - CHECKOUT
Proceed to the checkout, you'll need to provide us with some contact information to secure your booking, however there is no charge for booking appointments and payment details will not be required.
If you already have an account with us, you can log-in to save time.
Please confirm your booking by selecting 'Pay Now'. You will now receive an email confirming your booking.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Not a problem, simply give us a call on 0191 374 1002 or email email@example.com and we can rearrange or cancel your appointment straight away.
To help us actively manage the number of people who are in our premises at any one time, we are encouraging all customers to book an appointment with us, even just to browse. Although we will endeavour to avoid any queues, if you do not have an apointment, you may be asked to wait outside until it is safe to allow you inside, due to the size and nature of our store.
